Street Marbles is a challenging game of skill that blends elements of pool sims and match-3 games.
The object of Street Marbles is to clear each level of colored marbles before the time runs out. You do this by striking three or more balls of the same color with one hit. You first position the cue ball to line up your shot, then hold down the select button (or the '5' key) to bring up the power gage. Release the button and the marble will zip off.
There are lots of different terrains to content with in Street Marbles, such as grass, clay, tarmac, marble and sand. You'll also find plenty of power-ups along the way, making Street Marbles a game that holds your interest. The game does get very challenging and it would've been nice to see more difficulty levels included.
Graphically, Street Marbles is clean and colorful without being spectacular. The animation is a little jerky and everything is 2D, but that's nothing new for a Java-based game.
